A Flower Inspired Spring Wedding at Tower Hill Barns

The Scene:

If you look back 15 years you would find that Daisy and I were *inseparable*. Nights out, Nando's dates, sleepovers, late night drives and not forgetting a very wild 'holiday' to Ibiza. Not only is Daisy my close friend but our mums are also childhood besties, so when Daisy asked me to photograph her and Stuart's wedding day I was over the moon.

Sunday 21st April, a cloudy but dry day; Thanks to the sausage burial the evening before (if you know you know). Daisy and her 6 bridesmaids were getting ready together at the venue. The energy was calm with just the right amount of buzzing excitement. Blessed with scattered clouds making way for pockets of golden sunshine, the couple were able to have their ceremony outdoors like they'd hoped. As this is an eco-conscious wedding venue (whoop!) they don't allow confetti throwing, normally a significant moment of the day. However, Daisy and Stuart made up for it with other special moments including flares, a dress change and a hair cut. YES! Wild as ever Daisy decided that after the cake had been cut she would change into another stunning dress and have her hair cut. Luckily her mum is a hairdresser so she didn't need to call upon an unqualified, tipsy bridesmaid.

The whole day flowed like a dream, everyone had a ball and the couple didn't stop smiling (well except for Stuart who did shed an emotional tear a couple of times, sorry for announcing that Stu).
